The Alliuris members believe that it is important for the young generation of lawyers to get involved in the international legal work as soon as possible. For this reason the group has established the Alliuris Academy, which is made up of:

• Annual Summer School
• Trainee Exchange Programme
• Language Training Courses

The Alliuris Academy has already been held in several countries such as Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Spain and the UK.

The training serves as an opportunity for young lawyers to experience the benefits that an international network can offer. Lawyers from different legal backgrounds have the chance to attend lectures on cross-border issues and participate in workshops. „It is a wonderful experience for the professional development of junior lawyers, as well as for building relationships with associates from different cultures and jurisdictions.“ commented Emek Öztürk on her attendance at the Alliuris Academy in Milan.
