Hanover, July 2020 | The leading German business magazine Handelsblatt has awarded Ulrich Herfurth as one of “Lawyers of the Year in Corporate Law” in Germany. The selection was made in cooperation with the US publisher Best Lawyers. The ranking is determined by a so-called peer-to-peer survey: the lawyers surveyed are asked to indicate which lawyers they would recommend if they were unable to represent a client themselves due to time constraints or conflicts of interest. The other six awards were granted to lawyers of leading firms as Freshfields, Hengeler, Linklaters and Munich University. In addition, the firm Herfurth & Partner is listed as a Best Lawyers firm in corporate law in the state of Niedersachsen.
