Nyborg & Rørdam joined “The Rule of Law Alliance for better tax legislation”
Copenhagen, 31.03.2025 I Henriette la Cour, Partner at Nyborg & Rørdam, has joined “The Rule of Law Alliance for better tax legislation” to tackle unfair taxes and confusing rules in Denmark. In recent years, tax complexity has grown to an unprecedented level. In some cases, legislation prioritises tax collection over the legal rights of citizens. Therefore, five leading organisations have joined forces in “The Danish Rule of Law Alliance for better tax legislation”: DI – Confederation of Danish Industry, Danish Chamber of Commerce, FSR – Danish Auditors, The Association of Danish Law Firms and The Danish Bar and Law Society. Nyborg & Rørdam’s experienced tax attorney Henriette la Cour has recently joined this alliance and looks forward to contributing to the important work focusing on improving the legal rights of citizens and businesses covered by Danish tax legislation.
