Dublin, June 2017 | The Dublin office of Kerman & Co. has accepted the US law firm Clark Hill as another shareholder and trades from now on as “Clark Hill”. In the US Clark Hill runs several offices at the East Coast with some 250 lawyers. Kerman & Co. Ireland will continue the relationship with Alliuris, in the future however as an independent member in Ireland. Clark Hill PLC is an entrepreneurial full-service law firm serving clients in all areas of business legal services, government and public affairs and personal legal services.
