For their corporate team they recruited Dan Wheatley, member of the association of business recovery professionals, who has over 15 years experience in advising in corporates and insolvency. As a mediator, Steffi Spitznagel, who is also a new recruitment, specialised in Dispute Resolution and international arbitration. A new expert in regards to inward investment, M&A´s as well as joint ventures is Coral Yu who is fluent in Mandarin.
Emma Shaw advises on corporate and commercial disputes across a broad range of sectors as a commercial litigator. As a new solicitor in the Employment Department, Eugenie Freeman joined Kerman & Co. from a commercial practice in Holborn where she undertook her training contract.
