London, 02.04.2015 | Last week, Partners Daniel O’Connell, Sean Nolan and Joan Yu travelled to Brazil to attend a meeting of Alliuris Firms. Our international group was hosted by Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro based Alliuris member firms Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Advogados and Fraga Bekierman & Cristiano Advogados.
The meeting was an opportunity for member firms around the world to strengthen relationships and discuss opportunities to work together internationally.
The conference included presentations from governmental and external organisations which focused on the value to be had from inward investment and acquisitions in Brazil for medium to long term investors. The meeting also discussed the opportunities to list Brazilian and other assets on AIM or other international junior capital markets.
