16.05.2011: Farthouat, Asselineau & Associés won a difficult case which involved Deutsche Bahn last May. On 16th May the tribunal of Nancy has acquitted Deutsche Bahn who was charged of involuntary homicide and involuntary injuries on people in a railway accident. As defense and civil lawyers they have demonstrated that there was no link between the negligence reproached to DB and the fact that people died or were injured.
