01.12.2011: Studio Legale F. De Luca announced the arrival of Maria Adele De Luca who will strengthen the corporate department of the firm headed by Carla Coronelli. Maria Adele is the daughter of the named partner of the firm and spent 8 years in the M&A and corporate practices of several international law firms. Her arrival follows the strategic development plan of Studio Legale F. De Luca, which includes as a very important step, the entrance of Mr. Luigi Granato and his team of 5 lawyers to the Firm, starting from 1 January 2011. Mr Granato practises commercial and labour law and also has extensive experience in cross-border matters.

On 20 December 2011, Giuseppe Cattani, Francesco L. De Luca and Maria Adele De Luca met the Italian General Counsel of Korea. The scheduled meeting has been facilitated by the already existing connection of Studio Legale F. De Luca with the Korean community in Italy and by the past activities carried out on behalf of various Korean companies. The aim is to represent and promote the new job enlargements of the firm and strengthen the relationships with Italian branches of Korean companies through this preferred and institutional channel.
